Horrible idea, I tried that once before I had a clue, sounded like shizzle.
Put the 6.5" Type-Rs in the front doors, I have those and thay are the best of what you have listed, they are half-decent speakers. You could put the 5.25" speakers in the rear doors if you really felt the need but the Contour's rear doors kill sound. I would just as soon sell the 5.25" components. Same for the 6x9s, you don't need them. Put the 12Rs in the trunk in a sealed box.
I had 3-way components up front, coaxials in the back doors, and coaxials in the rear dash, not nice. At the time I loved it, but compared to my current setup (mids in the front doors, and transducers in the kickpanels) it sounded like ass. Use the money you get from the sale of that to buy porn or something like that.
