While I am by no means an audio pro, I can offer my opinion. First off, I would pick the 6.5's or 6x9's for hope of richer sound. If at all possible, fit the 6x9's in the front where you can benefit the most from the sound. Then stick the 6.5's in the rear/ or 5.25's(whatever fits really doesn't matter) But obviously make sure to mount the subs pointing out of your trunk. Run some crossovers or bass blockers to your component speakers. That way you don't fry them when you turn it up. Don't know if you have sub control on your head unit? If you do then you won't have to worry too much about overloading your component speakers with too much bass. But other than that I am no good at wiring and all of that shtuff. Should sound pretty good when you are done.
