you don't start from idle.....you run it to about 1800-2100rpm and then gun it. it all depends on when Dean tells you to gun it....

Very nice, Ray. Seems to be right in line with what others are getting. Peak power is very low, at 5300 compared to redline which is up in the mid 6's, right? It definately needs some tuning and some intake work. Maybe an exhaust header. What kind of exhaust setup does it have (I know no mufflers), like just a header into a cat and then straight? Resonator? Anything else? High flow cat from Magnaflow, header, and a good intake should raise the peak power closer to redline, and give you 40+ more horsepower.
