The Gumball Rally (not to be confused with the Cannonball Run) is the best street racing movie I've ever seen. For some reason, very few people know about it, even though it had Raul Julia and a few other relatively well-known actors. Contains the best footage of a Ferrari 365GTB/4 and Cobra 427 I know of... racing through Manhattan, in the LA River, etc.
