The SC/T, as others have said, was merely a concept that GM put out a few years ago. It had an Eaton M62 blower pushing about 6psi. Magnuson Products and GM did produce a handful of prototype supercharger kits and sold about a dozen to the public (I know; I had one for a short time on my Alero), but they were quickly discontinued due to lack of interest (read: people couldn't swallow the $3K+ price tag).
GM owns afew few of the supercharger kits; one is installed in an old development mule - a red Grand Am with Bonneville wheels....and a 5-speed Getrag. All other V6 Grand Ams are automatics.
Current Grand Ams can be had with a "SC/T Appearance Package", which consists of a ram-air hood and a different rear spoiler - no performance upgrades.
Still, there are a few Grand Ams and Aleros running around the country with a force-fed V6. Most of them look and sound very close to stock, so watch out - most are running in the mid to high 13's.

Oh, there are also a few cars with Vortech superchargers running about the same times.

Not quite a SVT Contour, but the next best thing.... 2000 Oldsmobile Alero GLS Borla exhaust, Baer brakes, Koni struts, and some other good stuff.
