Finished one of my headlights today (took before and after pics will have on here shortly) I used a heating gun and a flat headed screwdriver to pry my headlight lense off of the back of the casing. Then we measured out plexyglass front and it tured out great...you all have to see......ill try and go tommorrow and get the pictures developed......i also built me a custon intake under the hood and working on the corners tonight...... so ive been very busy

Im an anxious to see this as well. Did you use the stock optics for the reflector? If so how did you compensate for the lack of the fluting on the factory lens? Ill be quiet for now and wait for pics.

actually finished the right one completely and even got it back on the car , but while working on the left side we burned the reflectors to a crisp.......called about a kajillion junk yards and nobody seemed to have any......although i found plenty of right side or 98+ models ....i found one for 75.00 and i was wondering if it as a good deal or not

I can get new pre-98 Contour lamps from Ford for $55. I have a used one I picked up from the junkyard for $30.
