I personally think chicago's roads are even worse than michigans. It is so terrible that you can tell when you get to the Indiana border. Farther down south the roads in Illinois are pretty good, but in the chicagoland area they suck! And the tollroads/expressways are in alot worse conditions than michigans. At least that is my opinion.
