i was very close to doing the throttle body op. but when i pulled the vacume hose off there was a sticker there saying something like not to adjust the screws because of some kind of film or coating. i called Ford and they said that the screws are "welded" in and cant be removed and risk breaking the cross bar or bottom of the plate.
