It's right around 3k, but to tell the truth, my eyes are on that second yellow light, I'm going mostly on the sound of the engine when I launch. I figure anywhere around 3-3.5k is nice, just hafta slip the clutch a bit more if you already have the secondaries open to avoid the wheelhop. IMO. Of course, if I take the car to the track many more times (which I plan to), I'll probably be investing in a new clutch before too long. I'll probably get a light flywheel installed as well while the trans. is opened up. Hopefully all this will get me a respectable E.T. once I get the tune-up done. My last outing was dissapointing to me.
