Got it last Thursday. Looks great!

I too did the velcro, but it is not a solid enough feel. I want to rest my foot on something solid. I am scared to drill into the firewall, so I think I may slide a 1x2 piece of wood behind the carpet and drill through the pedal and carpet and into the wood. We'll see.
