There's a silver 99 SVT in the Autotrader for sale in the Ottawa-Orleans area.
92,000km, warranty to 120K, asking $16,000.
98 SVT Contour #1702 (silver) - traded in & missed alot!

That is one funny thing! 16 000$ for a SVT, you can get a 1996 24V MTX for around 5-7000$, put 2-3000$ more on it, and you have a CSVT, still lot less than a SVT, and insurance is cheaper also.
Or get a pre-98, put a 3.0L hybrid in it for 4000$, still less money!

A 1996 V6 MTX + $3000 is most definately NOT an SVT. A nice car, yes, an SVT, NO.
