lets say i have a custom 2 1/2 in piping from the cat and i want to remove the cat for a louder sound, will it cause that pissed off bumble bee sound(RASP)  also how will that effect my air/fuel ratio guage for my nitrous?

Yes you will incur rasp on a stock system w/o a cat. removing the resonator is the cheapest way to sound but then you will incur drone. I put a bullitt muffler inplace of my stock res and the sound turned out perfect. I also have a high flow cat with SHO Shop y-pipe.

well i already took off the resinator and put straight piping instaed and replaced my stock muffler with a tsudo muffler, so by taking off the cat will it just make the sound of my muffler louder or like i said just make that anoying sound. because the whole thing is i want it louder.

Not unless you gut the exhaust manifolds. Removing the down stream cats won't.
