If this is an MTX-75, the bell housing is not right for the Duratec.
If you look at the Bell housing picture, the starter would go on the engine side of the bell housing.
Unless I am wrong, IIRC, the starter goes on the transmission side
of the Bell housing, between the battery and the Brake Master cylinder.
Unless that is just the way it works for automatic transmissions.
But it looks like the way it is set up, the started would never clear the side of the Duratec engine block.
This *might* be for a Zetec engine....
