You can get it at most automotive supply places. The rubberized undercoating is used to coat the outside/underside of vehicles. It is STINKY! If you enjoy the asphault smell on a hot day in your car, by all means go ahead and spray your trunk with it.
Otherwise stick with the more professional products. Some of the "ice guard" rubber products aren't too bad. They sometimes lack adhesive and need a bit of 3M spray stuff to stick well.
I just installed 35ft^2 of Brown Bread into my front doors. It doesn't smell at all. And it sticks like dog poo on shoes.
