With headders its BOTH a performance change and sound change....over all id say they were really good...I used past tense becuse one day i was putting a new set of gaskets, and in the middle of the job i went to go get lunch...well someone stole them out of my back yard.....so now im using gutted precats until i can afford the headders. Gutted precats....free to do, not as much HP gain but works just as well...and its free!
But i wasted my money on headders anyways....Im getting the turbo and the turbo comes with headders, so...but if your staying N/A or using nitrous, ifd get the hearders...they are worth the price then. And the sound! Also add a Off road y/pipe to maximize your exahust potential....and add a MAF adpter kit and a K&N ru-3530 filter...and get Fluid SVTs Heat sheild for it...There is a lot more to do with you intake system....Look around and browes the parts section....use the search funtion too.
