I have the CTA intake on there with the old exaust I had a rasp with the stock intake and with the CTA it didn't make a differance on the amount of rasp. I hear both the intake and the exaust with I hit the gas sitting in neutral and hitting the gas you can hear the intake sucking in air bigtime it's rather cool I think thanks for the compliments too.

After hearing Joe's car this past weekend guys, I can tell you that his sound is very... nice, balanced & crisp. I am going to start looking into doing this to mine, but keeping the flowmaster I have. Yeah I am cheap, trying to save money anyway I can. I have a friend that has some exhaust pipe at his house that is in perfect condition and I am going to go measure it this afternoon to see how big it is. I would want to stay with the 2 1/4 pipe right? Someone correct me if I am wrong here, it is 2 1/4 going into the res and out? If I was to go too large on the pipe coming out of the res to the split, wouldn't that almost kill the sound and possible induce more rasp? In other words, what I am asking is, if the pipe is 3" - don't use it and get some 2 1/4 or 2 1/2?

ive been inquiring about that setup for a while, but i plan to use a flowmaster delta flow 40 series. I like the sound that it has, the guys at the muffler shop said that it was only going to make the car more silenced.
NEED AN SVT REAR BUMPER!!! pm me

He did a few times. Oh wait... Kim's Passport was behind him then wasn't?
But seriously, I heard him get on it a few times. The only time I really heard what it could do was when we were chasing that other Contour (contourchic). He got out from behind the old Accord, that was holding him up, and screamed off! Of course I was then passed the happy duties of baby sitting the honda until I could pass.
Turns to Joe... Yeah! Didn't say anything about that in your story did yah? Did Yah!

WHAT you were not able to fit in the space that I was to get around the accord is the mystique a bigger car than a contour ????? I thought they were the same size maybe I'm wrong.

speaking of "RASP" i have full custom piping(2 1/2) from the cat with no resonator and a tsudo muffler. i really want to take off the cat but am afraid of the pissed off bumble bee sound(RASP), but at the same time i want it to be louder.
