Maybe an engine/tranny mount? When turning the wheel you are moving the powertrain away from whatever it is resting against. The tranny mount is under the airbox. Just a guess. :rolleyes: Had one car that did this all the time and upon close inspection of the engine mount I found a metal to metal contact when I turned the wheel to one side.
