what specific model/makes of 6 x 9 will fit without drilling or cutting the hole any bigger?

All the speakers I've used needed new screw holes, but none needed to have the door panel cut out. I've used Sony ( ) and Rockford Fosgate ( ).

the new infinity kappa 6x9's i just bought wont fit they would need the whole to be cut bigger. so i am forced to sell.


2004 silver srt-4 with some mods(FOR SALE) ;-) 1998 t-red CSVT stock and beat up :-( 1997 z24 cavalier with some mods(FOR SALE) :-? old ride- 98 Silver CSVT with some mods ;-)

you can use all 5x7's or all 6x8's.


You can use 6x9's but only if you modify the inside of your door...If you do, do this, make sure that the speaker excursion does not hit against any part of the door, or you will hurt the cone of the speaker and your system will sound like a$$.

My Memphis 6x9's wont fit w/out cuttin the hole bigger....
