1. that seems awfully cheap.... actually so damn cheap i would run away from it... at that price i can't see them being anything but cast.
2. why am i under the impression that our OEM pistons are sinter forged.... or is that just the rods?
Hypereutectic - much better than stock, but no not forged.
They can support 400HP without a problem. That safely covers all but the baddest of the bad. It's also a significant upgrade over stock and for cheaper than stock. Price was an issue!
So go run away and leave them to the rest of us...
2. umm... That's just the rods. The Stock pistons (2.5L & 3L) are simple cast. Not hypereutectic. The SVT pistons may be hypereutectic??? Anyone know for certain?
