I call PHOTOCHOP on this one!!! It's done fairly well, except for the fact that the horse becomes invisible behind the windshield... plus there's a rather drastic cut-line around the horses body at the windshield and the roof. Anyway, not to be a wise-ass... the 'priceless' bit was pretty funny, though!

Now that I look at it again, shouldn't it be just a little bit lower with a 2000lb+ horse stuck in it?

I agree. Looks to be photo-chopped to me. Also notice where the hood is right above the wheel well, looks like a crappy cut job there too. Lighting doesn't match up on the horse and the hood of the car either.

Very lucky there was no passenger.
A similar incident occured about a mile from my home in Alabama about 10 years ago, with tragic results.
An older couple in their '85-ish Stanza were motoring along through the dense fog doing maybe 35-45mph when a loose horse happened across their way. It tumbled onto the windshield and roof, squashing it like a tin can and fatally crushing the lady passenger. By some odd stroke of luck, the driver's seatback rake adjustment mechanism broke and allowed him to recline under the force, surviving with moderate injuries.
Farm animals & ashalt...not good bedfellows.

Well I don't think its a photo chop. I used to live in Germany and Austria and this news paper would not post this if it wasn't true. The 26 year old drive was in shock, and the horse died. The article says that four horses broke out of some barn I guess and one ran out onto the motor way. thats pretty messed up.

Bingo i did the same thing a few days ago cause i was worried the driver or passenger died , aparently no deaths.
