This happened to me over a year ago when the car was under warranty and they replaced the fuel pump and problem solved. Guess what? Now the car has started to do it again and no warranty, but I'm wondering why would this happen again is it a poorly designed fuel pump? can I buy a better performance fuel pump? Is it hard to change the fuel pump yourself?
