That would be camber (your problem) and caster (view from side and think pendlum).
The kits Big Jim refers to are made for owner's that modify their suspension lower and may have enough adjustment to correct your problem. Probably wise to review that option with your alignment shop.
It sounds like either you damaged the strut mount area of body or else the replacement control arms were too long. Funny, I replaced a rear lower control arm (son hit curb)and it was too short to get proper toe-in (close, but not exact).
Did the Ford guys say how they would fix? It maybe that a shop specializing in collision frame/unibody straightening may have to be consulted.
