If you already brought it in for service for the AC and it doesnt work again, then bring it up to them and make sure they put it down on the work order, then it is their problem after that, warranty or no warranty. Also if they dont fix it before the warranty goes out, it still will be covered under warranty since you brought it in before the warranty went out.
