Could you be a little more specific re location of leak. Left side of motor normally interpreted to be driver's side on RWD, which becomes the side closest to rad on FWD cars.
Common places for leaks are front of motor where serpentine belt/pulleys are located, valve covers or oil fiter.
Presumably to keep your warranty valid you are getting oil changes at recommended intervals and keeping proof of same.
