I'm still trying to figure out the optimum way to launch without killing something. The stuff I found from my search says that you can dump at 2500 RPM's and kill your spider gears, or slip from 5k RPM and kill your clutch, or drop at 3500 RPM and kill your differential. Now I know nothing about how an MTX works, or what spider gears are, but if I'm gonna race, I want the best launch and if it's going to break something someday, I'd rather it be the cheapest and easiest thing to replace.

From what I've read, the 2500 RPM dump is the safest. So how should i launch?
