i have a 99 svt and that piece of junk doesn't fit over the maf. also tried installing just the maf adapter and the k&n filter. absolute no performance gain, in fact the car ran a bit slower and seem to waste more gas. that guy on ebay advertises it is a specifically for the contour svt. he is a big fat liar, even the picture they show is on a cougar not an svt. i emailed him back to ask for the proper 2.5" to 3" coupling to connect the intake pipe to the maf. he said they sent me all the right parts and i didn't install it properly. it's not rocket science it told him. he also doesn't do returns. but it might work for non svt( not what his ad says though). any body with a non svt interested in getting one i'll sell mine for $50 + s&h, just pm me.
