I've been meaning to get to Marina. I had a Sentra SE-R and the Datsun 510 people welcomed me into their group, NorCal UFO, which is NASA affiliated. Dennis and Peggy Hale run that outfit. They're autox gods and very nice folks. They run an autox school that usually is held at DeAnza a month or so before the Duel. Highly recommended! They also run the NASA street schools at Thunderhill.

NorCal UFO used to run at Candlestick, but no more. Sigh. Anyhow, I hope to see some Ford folks at the Duel this year. I'll be the guy with the stock silver SVT, tired struts, all-season tires, and a big smile (if I don't take out any cones).

I want to do some of the road courses like Laguna Seca, or Infineon(aka. Sears Point) more than autoX, seems like more fun. But still when car gets into better shape I am going to give it a try. I think that I will be at DeAnza on the 18 of may, and watch there autoX
