I dont think it could be the A/C discharge pressure or the block air flow.I dont know anything about A/C but mine works fine.But there is one other thing I noticed about the belt.With the engine running and the A/c on the belt will flutter up and down rapidly when the A/C engauges and quit when the A/C disengauges.I think maybe that would suggest to much play.I just figured the belt tensioner if not need replacing now I am sure it will sooner or later.I tried to look at the mark on the tensioner that tells wheather the belt has stregthed to much but I cant see it.
