I believe that you are talking about the drive belt (aka serpentine belt) and NOT the timing belt.

Try one of the following parts places:

http://www.fordpartsonline.com/
http://www.shamrockparts.com/

You will probably have to call them or write them an email to get a quote.

I believe that the part # that you are looking for is 6B209 (2.0L drive belt tensioner).

Ok, let's take a look here:

You said you had the timing belt tensioner and idler replaced already. I think you're confusing the timing belt and the serpentine belt (which is ok, don't feel bad smile ). Now, if you have a new idler and a tensioner, there should be no reason to replace the tensioner. If, however, there is such a thing as a timing belt tensioner and you need a serpentine belt tensioner, let me know, I may be able to get you one cheap. I got my idler pulley for $20 and my belt tensioner assembly for $22 from my brother, brand new part.

Since it's only squealing when the AC kicks on, I suspect your A/C Compressor might be the culprit. Is it still under warranty? If so have them check it out. Check out the belt too and make sure it's not cracked or loose; it could be the belt.

If you need ANY more info/help, PM me or post here. I just got done having my A/C Compressor changed out and we replaced the idler pulley and the tensioner, so I've got some good experience with this belt squealing issue; it plauged me for months!

yes it is the drive belt tensioner I am talking about my wife said it squels alittle when you turn the steering wheel too.I dont know how long the A/c is warranted but I sure I am past that with 90000 miles. I would be intrested in that tensioner you have if it is the right one for my drive belt

Before you go through all the trouble of replacing the drive belt tensioner, I would make sure that you need one.

Here is some info from the Ford TSP (Technical Service Publication):

Quote:
Drive belt squeal is an intermittent noise that occurs when the drive belt slips on a pulley during certain conditions such as:

- engine start-up.
- rapid engine acceleration.
- A/C clutch engagement.

Drive belt squeal can occur under the following conditions:

* The A/C discharge pressure goes above 2895 kPa (420 psi). This can occur if:
-- The A/C system is overcharged.
-- The A/C condenser airflow is blocked.
-- The engine cooling fan is not engaging fully at idle.

* Any of the accessories are damaged, have a worn or damaged bearing or internal torsional resistance above normal for any reason. All of the accessories should be rotatable by hand in the unloaded condition. If any are not, the accessory should be inspected.

* Note: If fluid does get on the drive belt during service, clean the drive belt with soap and water and thoroughly rinse with clean water. The drive belt does not have to be replaced if no apparent damage has occurred.
If fluids get on the drive belt. This would include power steering fluid, engine coolant, engine oil and air conditioning system lubricant.

* The drive belt is too long. It will be evident by the arm of the drive belt tensioner resting on the stop. If the drive belt tensioner is resting on the stop, replace the drive belt.

* Note: The drive belt tensioner arm should rotate freely without binding.
The drive belt tensioner is worn or damaged.
They sell cans of drive belt dressing at most auto stores to get rid of the sound that you are talking about. You might want to try that first.

I dont think it could be the A/C discharge pressure or the block air flow.I dont know anything about A/C but mine works fine. But there is one other thing I noticed about the belt. With the engine running and the A/c on the belt will flutter up and down rapidly when the A/C engauges and quit when the A/C disengauges.I think maybe that would suggest to much play.I just figured the belt tensioner if not need replacing now I am sure it will sooner or later.I tried to look at the mark on the tensioner that tells wheather the belt has stregthed to much but I cant see it.
