Man that sucks.
You know, you could always tow her to Ogden and we could have an SVT discetion party.
But, this now means that Jared is the only one that this hasnt happened to.

Well after not having time to deal with it this afternoon, I came back from with my C5's and the new rubber on them thinking that I had bad...bad luck. I didn't even check the engine at first again while I put the new wheels on.
Once I had them put on I felt I could handle hearing the knock, so I started her up. No knock! A slight tick, but after it warmed up it was almost not even there. After a testdrive I noticed no noises, loss in power or anything at all. It was like this crap didn't even happen.
I'm too confused to be happy about it, as I know I heard something earlier today.

Last time I saw him he was wearing black robes and chanting something about aliens comming to take him away from this planet, as he climbed onto his ten speed beach bike cruiser.
J/K hes around, I see him occasionaly, just dunno what hes up to, or whats up with his car. It was in the shop last time I saw him.

You should be okay, I drove my 97 for like a year and a half with a similar problem, just as long as you don't get on it too hard I really only "raced" once in it and made about 3 trips up to the mountains to ski. Just make sure to change your oil regularly. And when it gets really bad, the knocking is soooooooooooo bad, you may want to record it, just for us that haven't heard it.
