DanB...I'm not complaining at all. Whether they change one bearing or 100 I couldn't care less. I pay a simple $50 regardless of how many parts they change. However, if I was paying for this repair 100% and looking at what Terry says...I'd be flipping out at these guys. It appears Ford dealerships don't care who they rip off (public or company). Maybe this is one reason why extended care programs are so damn high to begin with.
