5'9" and a lean 170lbs. Work out 3 times a week, eat lots of good calories, and watch the pounds grow.
My friend was about 5'10" and 190lbs, and was pretty chuby. He started running 5 times a week and got down to 160lbs in a couple months. Now he's been working out more than I have (cause I don't have time) in the last few months and is getting pretty ripped. I'm starting to get jealous.
