Mass Amounts of Calories all the time.

If you want to be extreme about gaining 'weight' then you can drink a lot of water before you go to bed and every time you wake-up to go piss, make yourself a meal replacement protein, carb, fat shake.
I went from 180-200lbs in two weeks with this wacky diet. (I also gained a lot of fat on the old gut,but started my cutting phase the next week.)
I won the Utah Natural bodybuilding show 5 years ago. As soon as I get a scanner I'll post the pics.
