Wow man excellent job! How tall are you? You seme like a big guy? I wouldn't focus on taking off that extra 15 lbs but rather seriously shredding up. If I saw you walking down the block i'd cross the street!! I've taken off ~85 lbs myself, left was 260lbs, right is about 180. I'm hoping to get down to like 170 this summer. Hard work but well worth it. You look great man!

Great job, Chris! You've done the hard work, you know what it takes, but don't focus on numbers/pounds any more. Focus on maintaining your health now. Great job to everyone who's lost weight. A note from a non-partisan (i.e. I'm not selling you anything) person with a degree in Dietetics/Nutrition (me  ): Exercise and making healthy changes to your diet (No-Carb diets ARE NOT HEALTHY!  ) is the best way to loose weight permanently and greatly increase your health. PM me if you wanna talk about it!
