Thanks for the help guys! My pop took the car to a tune up at pepboys, so I know those are relatively new. (I know, why pepboys? I was out of town and he just went without asking me!)
Onto the ignition coil, I guess. I hope this solves the problem. I was considering taking apart the UIM and TB and cleaning them. But a dirty engine would stumble at all rpms. And this idles very smoothly.
