the knock sounds loadest from the top front. The oil was just changed and the noise got worse. The motor only has 40k miles on it and the problem started at about 30k. As for the oil pressure I haven't checked it yet but I will today. The oil light doesn't come on if that helps. If it is the cam tensioner making the noise will that wipe out the cams?
