It's definitley happening with more than one wheel/tire combo cause it was there, the wheels (not tires) were dismounted and remounted in the same place just turned so that the wholes and lugs matched differently, then it was gone (for the most part). Then when the wheels/tires were rotated it came back. I took one front wheel off, turned it 1/2 turn, put it back on and it's back to a minimum. I could have more than one out of round, but it seems odd to me. It's seems more to do with the way the wheel mounts onto the hub considering that depending on how it's mounted the amount of vibration varies. BTW, the tires are Falkens.

Thanks for all of the advice so far,
Jay

Is it vibrating when you brake or just when you are driving? It could be a warped brake rotor if the mechanices used an air impact wrench to put your tires on. But I still think it's tires/wheels. The new wheels could just be junk, I don't know how good loco products are. See if you can get another tire/rim combo on there. Borrow someone's wheels if you can, or if you have the old ones, put those on.
