Two weeks ago the car would not start, change the fuel filter and it started right up. Now two weeks later when I accellerate hardI will loss power after 3,000 rpm and have little surges of power. I have to let my foot off the gas and let the rpm's drop then it will run fine unless you accellerate fast. I did notice that the tank was about a 1/4 fill when this started happening yesterday, that is about the same location when it wouldn't start two weeks ago. Any suggestions of what the problem might be?
