If you don't care about what your car looks like, then go for it... Otherwise, I'd say go with a good looking aluminum wheel... If it was a decent looking wheel then it wouldn't be too bad, like how the C-5 Vettes have the Magnesium wheel option... Other than that I would only get a set for racing... Just my opinion though

how much do they weight? does magnesium stay dent free in americans messed up roads? how much do 19" tires cost?

I like 'em! Would look great on a Contour, IMO, but not sure in a 19" size.
Good deal though.
For those that don't know, Dymag is a popular amongst the bike crowd as they make all-carbon-fiber wheels. ($5k for two) Good stuff.
