Where can I buy EGR valve cleaner? Walmart? Auto parts store?

Can I use the same cleaner when cleaning the hole in the upper intake manifold that the EGR connects to?

Can I also use the same cleaner to clean the EGR orifice tube that connects from the EGR valve to the exhaust manifold?

If I can't find EGR valve cleaner, can I use something else?

Sorry for all of the questions, but I have never cleaned an engine part. I am not sure if there is one general cleaner (kerosene?) that can be used for all engine parts, or if each part of the engine needs its own specific cleaning product.
