Installed my set of Aussie Brakes tonight and had a few problems. I have done this several times before so I knew what's involved.

ANyways on the very first brake I got the assembly apart and for some reason the Brake Piston was completely out of the sleeve so I tried to push it back in and brake fluid shot everywhere (DAMN THAT IS SOME CORROSIVE STUFF).

After about 30mins of playing I finally got the piston back in its sleeve..but only after I drained as much of the fluid as I could by lifting up the seal slightly. Well after I got everything back together and finished the other 3 (1:00am) I started the car and I had absolutely no front brakes!

I'm not sure what the problem is...maybe air in the system or maybe I damaged the piston seal. It doesn't look to be leaking around the piston seal. What else could it be and how can I make sure there is no air in the system?

If it were the Piston Seal wouldln't I at least have a bit of pedal resistance from the other brake unit?

ANyways any help would be great! I'm stuck like chuck until I get this fixed....maybe I can perform a Bleed?

Thanks,
