Hi there, i am having problems with both my driver side and passenger window. i have noticed scratching along the edge of the window nearest to the door frame(up and down). they are long light scratches. i pulled the plastic seal away as best i could, but couldnt see any obstruction as the window goes down. there has to be something sticking out further in?? but why is this happening to both doors? has anybody else had this problem? i am in need of a cure. see attached pic.
