so far the dirt/brake dust is just wiping off without water..
so if i keep on them i should be set..
just be careful. the break dust is abresive. if you wipe it down without water, you could create hairline scratches in the wheel finish, making it harder and harder to clean over time. i always use something damp, to pick up the dust, not just wipe it around. detailing spray works the best if you're not going to wash the whole car, but just clean up the wheels.
