Thanks Skrilla and Hector! I am too. I'm really glad that my car is okay. I've waited for a year and a half to start putting some real $$ into it and naturally something has to happen.

Wow that bites monkey sack! Do you think something is wrong with your car? Like you said it was in a school zone, so good thing there wasn't any kids in your way........you might want to think about what the cause was wether it be driver error or something to do with your car. With that said, I'm really glad to see you or anyone else wasn't hurt! I'm also glad to see (well read, the pics are red x's ) that your car is just in need of a car wash visit and an alignment! That would suck to just start to mod it the way you want and then smash it! -Daymon

Happy to hear you are okay. Never seen your car before, or after the accident, but I'm sure it's a sexi one! Don't worry about all the people on here who have nothing better to do than think because they are good drivers, they can just give lessons and talk smack to people who "appear" to be bad drivers. The fact is, accidents happen, and there isn't shyt you can do about it. Again, glad to hear you escaped a nasty mishap. Think about it this way: When Dale Earnhardt Sr. was killed in his accident at Daytona, was it because he was a bad driver?

Sorry I meant to reply to this earlier and I forgot. I have the same tires and they're okay. I had ordered the Hankook Ventece tires and they company sent me the wrong tires. I was really pissed! So now everything that goes wrong is automatically blamed on these tires.
I went and picked up my car during lunch and it drives fine. However, my mechanic told me that the two rear tires were "hopping". He said its not that big of a deal yet, but when they are rotated to the front of the car it could interfere w/my steering!! So now I have to see what I can have done.

thisgirls98.5SVT,
I hope everything works out for ya... sorry to hear about the wheels, glad they are ok!!!
About the accident, i know exactly how you feel.... When i got into my accident with my ranger, i was involved in a chain reaction accident, where there was a guy a few cars up who slammed his breaks to get into a white castle.... Well one, this was just off a light so cars are always close together, and it was 3 cars up, so i didnt see it.
I was going about 10 miles an hour when i ran into the back of a rental car, smashing up my front end pretty bad, and getting a ticket. The cop said it was my fault, but i dont think it could have been avoided, this is because i had someone behind me that was late to break as well, and pushed me further into the truck in front. So just be glad that no body damage occured, and that you didnt hit anyone.

i'd say so. it sucks he's dead, but when your driving style involves bumping everyone so you can pass and blocking faster cars than you so your son can win, then yeah, it's partly his fault...... anyways , amanda, EVERYONE on here except you are perfect drivers. Everyone makes mistakes and cars are big machines that can do strange things, especially in adverse conditions. just glad you didn't get hurt.
