Here's a good GENERAL rule to follow....for every 1 pound of reciprocating (anything that turns)weight that is shed is like taking off 8-10 pounds of dead weight. so yes, 6 lbs per wheel, 4 wheels, 60 lbs of dead wt. per wheel (just using the 10*6 as a generalization) thats approx 240 lbs of dead weight. That is a lot of weight to get rid of. If you want looks, go w/ 18s. If you want performance, go w/ the lightest 16" you can find.
