OK, I'll admit to be completely ignorant on any of this, is Stacker2 (or3) epedrine? What level of risk is there in short term use, say a few months? I never thought this stuff would actually work, but if it does with only a small risk, I might look into it, I'd like to drop about 15-20 lbs, would this be a good option in the opinion of the CEG health people?

NO!!! The thing about ephedrine is that it isn't a wonder miracle drug. As I stated in a previous post, I have used it in the past, but I was also made a commitment to regular cardio workouts and eating better. It will definately give you energy which can help you lose weight because it will enable you to work out for longer at an elevated heart rate which will burn more fat. That is also why it can be dangerous because if you are deconditioned you to be careful as to how intensley you work out. To all of those looking to lose weight I will give you some simple info. 1 pound of body fat = 3500 calories. If you can achieve a caloric defecit of 500 calories a day, you will lose a pound a week. In 4-5 months time your 15 to 20 lbs can be gone. if you jog at moderate intensity for half an hour a day you will burn 250 calories. Eliminate a can of soda for another 150 (or booze on the weekends) and your almost there. I challenge anyone to quit drinking for 2 weeks and watch the pounds come off easy!

It takes a little more then that. First off you have to find out how many calories you need to consume just for you to maintain your current body weight, then you can start dropping calories. Forget jogging.. that is so lame. I suggest 10-15 minutes of HIT cardio. Trust me for the first 2 months you will not be able to do 15 mins. I started working out last august weighing in around 280 now I am down to 205 with muscle.

Here are some tips..
1. Kill the soda's.
2. Kill the beer.
3. Weight training is your friend.
4. Each body is different... REMEMBER THAT!
5. Get use to eating tuna and chicken breast.

6. I pwnz you all! j/k

To behonest it is a life changer. I feel better, I look better. Hell, I even think better.

Now I hate America? That is a new one to me.
