Supplements are a great way of supplementing your diet(multi-vitamins, essential fats, protein powder,etc.) They should not take the place of nutrient dense foods and good old fashion work!!



I agree but to add to this, the average person shouldn't need supplements, they should be able to get all the nutrients they need if they eat a well balanced diet. Athletes are typically ones in need of supplements such as protein, for increasing muscle size and strength
