thats what my reaction was! how many gallons do our tanks hold? im wondering how many tanks of gas i can do the trip in, since im going back to cleveland in august it was about 750 miles i think.
13.5 or 14.5...not sure which...may even be 14...somewhere in there.
The owner's manual says 14.5 but you can put in more then that. I THINK a few times I put in at least 15-15.5 Gallons, people don't realize that they still have the tube that goes to the fuel tank to fill. I've put in about 12-13 gallons right at the Empty line, and I know I can go way more then that, I've gone a little past the empty mark (IIRC) and it still was going with no sputter. Furthest I went on a tank, it was pushing 300MPT, but I was real close to the empty mark. I do mostly city driving.
