I got a ticket in January (first in 10 years

) in the new Maxima but the cop wrote in 2000 Maxima 2-dr (a 2-dr Maxima?! cool...)
I planned to go to court, and either have it dropped or just plead no contest and ask the judge to let me take an online driver test to get a points credit. But in the end, I decided it wasn't worth it. Doing all that, with time off work, would cost me more than to just suck it up and pay an insurance increase. But as luck would have it, I just switched to State Farm with my friend/neighbor/agent, but I waited until the last minute to pay my speeding fine, so the conviction wasn't on my license when they ran the policy so I got a clean policy, and they won't check again for at least a couple of years unless I have an accident or something.
