Is the drive shaft centered in your outer housing? (looking from the SC mount side)Mine was almost touching one side of the housing. If this is not centered it will obviously create a pressure point on certain splines. That will cause premature wear. And if Vortech uses the SC spline to "center" the shaft inside the housing that is what is causing the failure. I hope to get my SC back within the next 10 days from the machine shop. I'll post pics and see what they can do if anyone else is interested in getting the kit fixed properly.
